On April 20, 2007, the HDLC recommended conceptual
approval of the development, subject to the general scale, design
and volume, site plan, texture and architectural features being
in harmony with its surroundings, and has granted approval for the
proposed demolition of existing structures on the site, and has
recommended that two (2) existing structures, located at the corner
of Bartholomew Street with Burgundy, be relocated within the Bywater
Local Historic District.
