We will be meeting with our District C City Councilman James Carter on May 18th to discuss Bywater issues and, specifically, our concerns regarding the ICINola development. Mr. Carter has stated that he is very concerned about resident's views, so we encourage you to call, email or write his office letting him know how you feel. A petition to Carter is now available for signatures. You can sign online or download a copy of the petition and help collect signatures. Please return completed petition sheets to 4108 St. Claude Ave, or call (504) 322-7202 or email info@bywaternola.com and we will make arrangements to come pick them up. We also encourage people to send Carter their own letter - you can find a list of concerns to help with your letter here. We would appreciate receiving a copy of the email or printed letter at info@bywaternola.com so we can track the emails being sent in to Carter's office.
