The Hotel where I worked with is fortunate to be large and busy enough to have its own maintenance department to work on and maintain much of our day-to-day operations and equipment. There have been times that it has become necessary to bring in outside help and contractors that can work on specific issues that our staff is not capable of fixing or has the lack of knowledge to do so. I just want my readers to know that we feel very fortunate that one of our maintenance workers took the opportunity to call Philadelphia HVAC Air Conditioning and address our air conditioning and kitchen “walk-in” needs. It is extremely important that when we need a job done, especially when it involves out of order guest rooms, it is imperative that we get it back up and running as quickly as possible.

In the short period of time we have been doing business with Philadelphia HVAC Air Conditioning, we have found them to be very professional, straight forward, reasonable and timely in getting the job done consistent excellent quality of work . There have been a number of times in the past with other HVAC contractors that we have felt like we were being mislead, misdirected and even cheated when it came time to settle the invoice. That has not been our experience with Philadelphia HVAC Air Conditioning. Customer service is higher with them compared to our previous HVAC contractor.
